Crystal Dragon Daiginjo

A big ol' melon bomb of a daiginjo! This bottle of "CrystalDragon" embodies the balanced nature that defines Kokuryu Sake Brewery. In our tastings, we got notes of lime zest, green apple, and the softness of mochi on the palate! It's rare to find honjozo daiginjo sake, and "Crystal Dragon" is a shining example of the style. A delightful nose filled with blackberries, pineapple, purple grapes and Red Vines.
