"Kuzuryu Daiginjo" was born in 2004 as a Daiginjo sake for warming. Its deep flavor, refined by aging, is best enjoyed warm to hot. The pure aroma makes you feel like you're in a bamboo grove or at the entrance to a forest, and the slightly subdued fruit flavor is like ripe melon. The sweet scent of the white part of the popcorn and the scent of peony flowers further enhance the aromatic power.
