Nizaemon Junmai Daiginjo

This Junmai Daiginjo sake is aged in a unique way and features a fresh and elegant aroma and flavor. It is named after the original brewer, "Nizaemon.“ The first impression is a firm image, with the aroma of fresh lemon, juicy melon and sweet white flowers of gardenia. In the latter half, it releases a refreshing spice reminiscent of juniper berries, and a gorgeous, crystal-like sparkling and transparent aroma.
