Shizuku Daiginjo

This Daiginjo sake is made using the highest quality sake rice, "Yamada Nishiki," and is carefully fermented at low temperatures. As the name "Shizuku" suggests, please enjoy the clear, beautiful flavor. The color is slightly greenish. It has a pure and sharp atmosphere, with grapefruit zest and La France pears further enhancing the freshness along with the green aroma of Zubrowka grass (bison grass).
